I work closely with business, solution architects, technical leads, delivery, and project teams to align with enterprise architecture standards and vision, and oversee 1000+ projects across the whole enterprise. I also contribute to the senior management team, guiding strategic decisions and leading a team of 14 developers and staff. I have achieved impressive cost savings and maintained the lowest number of support tickets in the company's history.
