FREDRICK KIRUI

Fredrick Kirui is an AfricanTech entrepreneur currently serving as a director for Strategy & Business development (Partnerships & Growth) for AfricaSokoni, a new E-commerce entrant in Kenya. Fredrick has a wealth of experience in the Media and Advertising industry, having served in various capacities in the advertising, sales and digital marketing departments, in two of Kenya’s largest media companies; Nation Media Group and Standard Group Limited. I am always seeking to acquaint himself with new skills in this era of digital ecosystems and he has recently taken a keen interest in the content and the E-Commerce sectors as I am thrilled by the power of digital and the impact it has had on our consumption patterns, awareness, opportunities and consumer purchase behaviours. I have demonstrated proven leadership and business development skills in all my roles. My education background includes MBA for executives that includes business operations, strategic planning, R&D, marketing, product management, marketing, sales, professional services/support, and business development. As a leader my focus is to develop and foster a highly synergetic , energetic and competitive culture in the team. My mission in life is very simple: Make an impact in society using my acquired skills and knowledge!
