Joshua Wu

Joshua Wu is a Principal at GGV Capital, focusing on investments in mobile internet, enterprise services, fintech, B2B transaction platforms, mobile health and content and entertainment. He led or contributed to GGV's investments in Tujia, Meicai, 51credit, Smartmi,51zhaoyou, WPS, Weipiao, Light Chaser Animation, Penguin Guide, Shanzhen, Moka HR, BlackLake, etc. Joshua began his career in Alibaba, where he was a product manager in Yahoo! Chinese search analysis and data solution team. After Alibaba, he joined Tencent. He served as associate director of portal and media sales group. He oversaw Tencent's data analysis and strategy efforts of media sales business. After that, he was with Jefferies & Company, one of the world's largest full-service investment banks, where he was an Asia TMT equity analyst. He participated the Renren's IPO in NASDAQ, one of China's largest tech IPO. Joshua is a graduate of Peking University Guanghua School of Management.
