Luc Vincent

Luc Vincent is a results-oriented business builder. Whether as an advisor, board member, executive committee member or client manager, Luc has earned an enviable reputation within the Montreal business community Luc began his career at Grant Thornton where he was primarily involved in the financial engineering of corporate transactions. Partner with Telesystem from 1994 to 2002, he was an active contributor to the growth and development of over fifty companies, including Teleglobe, Microcell and TIW. Since 2003, Luc combines consulting, investment and business management. Luc founded Modelcom (1995) and GIM Risk Management (2003, sold in 2006). He also co-founded Kerosene (2006) and Woozworld (2010). Today he acts as investor and director of the following companies: Modelcom, Kerosene, Inspiration Madeus, Odacia Studio, Virtual Paper and Woozworld. Luc holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Ordre des CPA du Quebec as well as Anges-Quebec.
