Gary Lin

Gary Lin is the Founder and Managing Director of Purple Orange Ventures and EVIG Group. He was the founder and CEO of mobile ad tech company Glispa Global Group before that. He is a recipient of the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award which recognizes Glispa as one of the ‘Fastest Growing, Technically Innovative and Entrepreneurial Companies’ in the world. Selected as one of Europe’s hottest startups by Wired Magazine (UK), Glispa now has over 250 employees from 45 nationalities and maintains its headquarters in Berlin with offices in San Francisco, Beijing, Singapore, Tel Aviv, Athens, and São Paolo. Gary has more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance digital and mobile marketing companies internationally representing some of the globe’s most innovative brands. Previously, Lin founded Glispa, LLC (in New York) and achieved an 800% three-year growth rate, placing the company in the Inc. 500 as the #1 fastest growing Advertising and Marketing company in the US in 2008. Additionally, Gary served as the General Manager in Brazil and set up teams in Hong Kong for Beyond Interactive, one of the first global digital agencies, now part of MediaCom (WPP). Gary graduated from the University of Michigan Business School with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business.
