Sarah Fu

Sarah is an investor, founder, and operator with 15 years of experience at the intersection of financial services and technology. As the founder and managing partner of Elsa Capital, an early-stage venture fund, Sarah invests in top fintech and AI startups. She brings years of angel investing experience as well as prior public market investing expertise, having overseen $8 billion on behalf of Fidelity. A builder and operator at heart, Sarah has extensive experience in high-growth companies, having helped grow Stripe 10x in key roles in product, strategy, and finance leadership. In addition, she has built from zero to one as a fintech founder. Sarah’s career began by advising technology companies on M&A and capital raises, including the largest U.S. IPO. She has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a double BS in Bioengineering and Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
