Matthew Clark

Matt Clark has over 12 years of operational and financial experience with a unique blend of both Main Street (public and private company CFO) and Wall Street (equity research analyst) experience. Prior to joining Ascendant, Mr. Clark served as Chief Financial Officer for a $50 million dollar e-business ticketing company. Mr. Clark also served as Chief Financial Officer of Perficient (NASDAQ: PRFT), which at the time was a leading provider of WebSphere and Internet services, and as CFO for Compete. Mr. Clark began his career at Bank of America as a financial analyst and computer programmer and worked at Salomon Brothers as an equity research analyst covering the computer services sector. Mr. Clark graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at San Diego with a degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences.
