Previously, as founder and CEO of PeopleAnswers, Gab successfully exited the Saas company he started 13 years earlier. PeopleAnswers helps companies decrease employee turnover and increase employee performance by optimizing employee selection (hiring). The company boasted 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth by helping retail, hospitality, hospitals, and many other types of organizations maximize employee performance.
