Ofer Adler

Ofer Adler co-founded Perion Network Ltd., in November 1999 and served as its Chief Product Officer since November 1999. Mr. Adler served as the Chief Executive Officer of Perion Network Ltd from February 5, 2008 to August 5, 2010. Mr. Adler Co-Founded Metacafe, Inc. in July 2003. He has overall responsibility for the design and development of Perion Network Ltd products, website and graphic content. Mr. Adler has direct responsibility for the design of all major IncredMail applications and websites. He is responsible for choosing the innovating path that take to keep products up-to-date with all major developments in the Internet and email markets at Perion Network Ltd. Mr. Adler is also involved in marketing, business development and strategic planning. He served as a Trader and Portfolio Manager at Clal Insurance from 1997 to 1999, and as a Trader and Technical Analysis Expert at Batucha, from 1994 to 1997. He serves as a Director of Metacafe, Inc. He served as a Director eToro (Europe) Ltd. Mr. Adler served as a Director of IncrediMail Ltd. since November 1999.
