Tania Jovanovic Grant

Tania focuses on all-things related to strategy and investing for healthcare and technology companies. Within Claritas Tania leads portfolio deal sourcing (reviewing hundreds of deals annually), analysis and due diligence. Tania started her career on Wall Street in investment banking where she focused on various industries on behalf of Merrill Lynch. After Merrill Lynch, Tania worked with investment firms, Ziff Brothers Investments and Amaranth Advisors investing in technology and media companies. She left Wall Street to invest in, and lead, two businesses in which she later sold. Tania has over 20 years of investment experience in public and private equity across numerous industries and she loves finding interesting areas to generate alpha. Tania holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in finance from University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. As a former UVA soccer player, she roots for all UVA sports. Tania is native of Silver Spring, Maryland.
