Eric Etter

Eric V. Etter is the Vice President of Treasury at Digital Bridge Holdings, LLC. He is also co-founder of TXO Exploration, LLC and serves as partner involved with fundraising activities and finance related matters. TXO was formed for the principal purpose of engaging in oil exploration, development and production activities primarily in west Texas. Prior to forming TXO Exploration, Mr. Etter served as Vice President of Finance for Global Tower Partners (GTP). Mr. Etter joined GTP in June 2004. Mr. Etter's responsibilities included oversight of certain key finance and accounting functions. While at GTP, the Company grew from 250 towers to over 3,700 towers and over 6,000 rooftops under management. Mr. Etter was closely involved in the selling of the Company to The Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX) in 2005 and later to Macquarie Bank in 2007. He also played a significant role in numerous debt financings, including two CMBS securitizations for a combined total $730 million and various other senior credit facilities. GTP was the largest privately-owned tower operator in the U.S. and the fourth largest independent operator in the U.S. GTP leases space on towers and rooftops to telecommunications carriers and other users of wireless technology. Mr. Etter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Angelo State University (member of the Texas Tech University System).
