N. Murray Edwards

Mr. Norman Murray Edwards is the Owner of 1189591 Alberta, Ltd. Mr. Edwards is a co-Owner of Calgary Flames Limited Partnership. He has been the Chairman of Canadian Natural Resources Limited since April 2, 2012. He served as Chairman of Penn West Energy Trust (formerly, Penn West Petroleum Ltd.) until May 27, 2005. Mr. Edwards served as Vice-Chairman of Canadian Natural Resources Limited until April 2, 2012. He served as a Vice Chairman of Burnet, Duckworth and Palmer in Calgary. He serves as a Director of Calgary Flames Limited Partnership. He has been a Director of Ensign Energy Services Inc. since October 1989. Mr. Edwards serves as a Director of Calgary Flames Limited Partnership. He has been a Director of Magellan Aerospace Corporation since 1995 and Canadian Natural Resources Limited since September 1988. Mr. Edwards serves as a Director of Ensign Resources Service Group Inc. and Penn West Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Edwards serves as a Director OF C.D. Howe Institute.
