Rafaela Villela

Rafaela Villela is one of Gera’s founding partners and chairwoman of the boards of Grupo Eleva Educação and Cultura Inglesa. She began her career at Banco Pactual, where she worked in the legal department. Rafaela was involved in IPO processes, debt offers, private placements, and M&A. In 2007, she became a partner at G5 Advisors where she worked with M&A and debt renegotiations. From 2008 to 2009, Rafaela was Legal Director at Inbrands. She has a law degree from PUC-Rio.
