S. Brian Mukherjee

Brian is the Chief Executive Officer at RhythmOne, responsible for corporate vision and growth and all operating functions of the firm. With a strong entrepreneurial and engineering background, over his career, Brian has transformed and built growth platforms for technology-enabled businesses. Brian joined RhythmOne in 2011 through the acquisition of Prime Visibility Media Group, Inc. (PVMG), where he was the President & CEO and was instrumental in its rapid revenue and profitability growth and eventual sale to RhythmOne. Prior to PVMG, Brian was the SVP & Group MD at Miva, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA), responsible for the global operations of its Media Division, with offices in the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and India. Before MIVA, as VP & GM, he acquired and ran the Contract Management Solutions business of Selectica, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLTC) and helped transform the Enterprise Software offering to one of the earliest SaaS models in the sector, accelerating revenue growth and profitability. Earlier in his career, Brian held executive, staff, and line management positions at two venture-backed Internet start-ups, playing pivotal roles in raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performance sales, marketing, services, business development, engineering and operating teams. Brian started his career as an Engineer and worked as a Strategy Consultant at CapGemini Ernst & Young. He holds B.E. (Honors) and M.S. (Honors) degrees in Engineering, and an M.B.A. (Honors) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
