Trip McCaffrey

Trip joined Capital Q Ventures and is ecstatic to bring his unique entrepreneurial perspective to the Associate team. Early in his career Trip spent time predominantly in the Real Estate business, and became a Licensed Realtor in New Jersey. Trip worked with commercial and residential investors to help them select the right portfolio asset. Trip had previous positions as Property Manager, for 30 student housing properties, was a Commercial Real Estate Associate with Penzone Reality and worked in residential construction New Development projects, turnover, and leasing for Quam Investments LLC. Trip credits his dedication to leadership, work ethic and “esprit de corps” to his tenure as an NCAA in Division I and III Student Athlete (Outfielder at UMASS Lowell and Center Fielder for Rowan University’s Baseball Team) as well as his time coaching his High School baseball team, Clearview Regional High School, in Rowan, New Jersey, where he was born and raised. Trip is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. While at Rowan, Trip studied “Business Perspectives and Entrepreneurship” in preparation for joining a Venture Capital firm.
