Sam Soni

Sam Soni is an established professional in the industries of sports event management, premium ticketing, and sports hospitality events. Sam is responsible for developing and executing a unique event management business model that incorporates travel and hospitality. The business model has resulted in long term partnerships across the NCAA, USTA, PGA, NHL, NFL and many other leagues, teams, and events. Sam was the former CEO, Founder & Chairman of PrimeSport, until its acquisition in 2017 by On Location Experiences when he shifted to the position of Chief Revenue Officer. Sam’s continued involvement with PrimeSport led to it’s eventual acquisition by the entertainment and media company, Endeavor. Sam Soni is a limited partner of the Atlanta Hawks ownership group, and a partner of the minor league affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, the Chattanooga Lookouts. Sam currently serves on several boards including PrimeSport, Ticket Evolution, the Atlanta Sports Council, Longhorn Foundation Advisory Council, Families First, Built not Born, and the Pace Academy Board of Trustees. Sam's organization, The Sandeep Soni Family Foundation, supports educational causes.
