Kevin Watson

Kevin Watson is the CEO of Netsurion, a leading cloud managed network security services company. Prior to Netsurion, Kevin was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of KMC Software, and the Chairman and CEO of Verid, which was acquired by EMC in 2007. At Verid, Kevin led the company through three rounds of private funding and its subsequent sale to EMC. Prior to Verid, Kevin was the Co-founder of C/max Capital and worked as an investment banker in the technology groups of Dean Witter Reynolds and UBS Securities in New York. While at C/max, Kevin led investments in Verid, Adjoined Consulting and About.com, all of which had highly successful exits.
