Logan Stinson

Mr. Stinson is a Vice President of 3 Boomerang Capital and has been a founding team member of the firm since its inception. Before joining 3BC, Mr. Stinson founded and led South Wake Partners (SWP) which invested in profitable healthcare companies. While at SWP Mr. Stinson raised and deployed South Wake Partners Fund I, LP into founder-owned healthcare businesses. Mr. Stinson founded and as Chairman of Trinity Healthcare Management, which owns and operates several healthcare providers. Before starting Trinity, Mr. Stinson was an analyst at a long/short hedge fund, Eversept Partners, focusing on the biopharma services sector. Mr. Stinson began his career as a healthcare investor at Great Point Partners, where he worked with 3BC founders, Adam Dolder and Adam Elberg. At Great Point Partners, Mr. Stinson proprietarily sourced and executed several transactions. Mr. Stinson has invested in, or worked with, businesses such as Bionova Scientific, Maravai Life Sciences, Premier Physical Therapy, Touchstone Infusion, 908 Devices, MLM Medical Labs, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Family Resource Home Care, and American Medical Staffing. Logan has a BA with Honors in Russian, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
