Eugene Hill joined SVLS in 1999. He was previously a Partner at Accel Partners in Palo Alto, California for five years, where he was responsible for 13 investments in early stage healthcare service and healthcare information technology companies. He serves or has served on the boards of Accelecare Wound Centres, Cadent, ISG Holdings, Medifacts, Patient Care, Socios Mayores and US Renal Care. Prior Experience: Prior to joining Accel Partners, Eugene held several senior management positions, most recently, President of Behavioral Health at United HealthCare Corporation, CEO and President of US Behavioral Health and President and Chairman of Sierra Health and Life Insurance Company.
