Gregory began his career as an assistant to an equity analyst that covered Japanese equities with a focus on semi-conductors at Dainana Securities. His interest in technology took him to a traditional ip firm first and then to Cooley LLP where he joined the technology transaction practice. Gregory has advised early stage and mature businesses on formation, fund raising, sale and acquisition diverse commercial agreements and acts as outside general counsel in diverse industries including info tech, services and real estate investment entities. Gregory is also an investor in early stage and an active value and tech investor. He is a student of Warren Buffett and in particular chapter 8 and 20 of the Intelligent Investor.
