Jocelyn is a General Partner at Builders VC. She leads the capital markets effort for the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to managing private capital, Jocelyn spent nearly two decades as an investment banker advising technology companies in Silicon Valley, New York, and Hong Kong. At Morgan Stanley, she advised early Internet companies to raise $30 billion in debt and equity financings. At Lehman, she built the firm's Asian equity capital markets business from scratch into a franchise business for cross-border IPOs. Jocelyn has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards. Jocelyn served on the Board and Audit Committee of Fidelity International. In addition, Jocelyn served on the Boards of Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund and the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art. Jocelyn graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School, where she won the Dean’s Merit Fellowship.
