William Lyman

Bill is a strategically-focused and tech-savvy entrepreneur/executive working in and with technology and technology-enabled companies across a range of industries and stages (seed, early, growth). Demonstrable results (and scar tissue) in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Company Strategy, Business Models, Capital Raising (equity and debt), Product Strategy, Negotiations and Business Disputes. Roles include Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Chief Operating Officer (COO), Venture Capital (VC) General Partner (GP), entrepreneur (bootstrapped and venture-backed) and Equity Analyst. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Marquette University. William also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as an infantryman and radio operator.
