Ned is a Partner at Drive Capital, a venture capital firm focused on innovative companies throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Drive Capital, Ned was a Growth Equity/Venture Capital Investor at Norwest Venture Partners. He was also a Healthcare Associate at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm managing $17 billion in capital, where he was responsible for developing domestic and international investment themes, sourcing and assessing potential investments, leading due diligence teams, managing external advisors and supporting portfolio companies. Ned was involved in General Atlantic's investments in MedExpress, Align Networks, and Emdeon. Before that, Ned was co-founder and head of business development at SpeakEasy, a start-up providing online immersive language training to middle and high school students. Previously, Ned was an analyst in the Financial Sponsors division of Credit Suisse, where he participated in the successful execution of leveraged buyouts, debt financings, equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. Ned holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Cum Laude, from Princeton University.
