Bo Holland

Bo Holland is the Founder and Chief Executive at AllClear ID Health. He focuses on strategy, execution and cultivating a diverse workforce that work together as one to win. Over the past 30 years, he has helped build four software companies- two sent public, one was acquired by Bank of America, and in 2004, he founded AllClear ID to solve customer identity problems. AllClear was acquired by Experian in 2019. Under his leadership, AllClear ID became the world leader in helping businesses protect their customers' identities after suffering data breaches. Three of AllClear's largest projects (Anthem Blue Cross, Home Depot and Sony) galvanized the mission to develop customer identities that are both highly secure and easy to use. For the past five years, Holland has led the research and development effort that culminated in the introduction of AllClear Health ID - a reusable mobile identity for healthcare. Prior to AllClear ID, Holland helped build application servers at Citrix, databases at Pervasive Software and purchasing card systems at Works.
