André Mortari is member of the Brazilian Board and responsible for all eBusinesses for MetLife’s Latin America operation with also an important role in Digital Transformation for the company in the region. With international and multicultural experience in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile and other countries in LatAm and extensive experience in Digital and deep knowledge in Marketing, André was the Head of Marketing & Performance for Netshoes, a Brazilian fashion and sports e-retailer, former founder of Carrefour e-commerce and member of the company's strategic transformation committees. He also had worked at Walmart.com and for many advertising agencies with a relevant role. Besides his executive career, André also has an entrepreneur background as a co-founder of many companies and nowadays acting as an Angel Investor & Advisor for few startups in different industries. André is graduated in Social Communication from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) with a MBA in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) both in São Paulo. In addition to his studies in Brazil, André completed an Executive Education in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School. He is a great enthusiast about Digital Transformation, People & Culture, Innovation, Technology and Sharing Economy, having developed many relevant skills to act on these challenges.
