Gergely Németh is founder CEO and a Senior Consultant at Corporate Values since July 2005 and is based in Hungary. As a qualified psychologist (work, organizational and sport), Mr. Németh has worked in the field of economic psychology. He got CMC certificate in 2011. Within the sphere of organizational development consultancy, his major areas of interest and activity include organizational philosophy and strategies, and the planning and implementation of development processes aimed at achieving organizational excellence. Besides being a consultant, Mr. Németh works as a Senior College Lecturer, and is also involved in Hungarian and EU research projects. He is writing doctoral thesis on the growth crises of SME's, and possible ways to overcome them with a focus on making his scientific research findings useful and applicable in practice.
