Sebastian Saywood

Seb joined Foresight in 2013 to help develop our regional presence from the Nottingham office. He was previously a Director at Clearwater Corporate Finance's Nottingham office, a leading mid-market corporate finance advisory firm. At Clearwater he was involved in M&A mandates across a range of sectors, advising shareholders on exit options as well as management teams and private equity groups on investments, with an average deal size of £15m. Specifically in 2013, Seb advised the management team and Palatine Private Equity on the MBO of Inspired Gaming (Playnation), a £30m turnover business and the shareholders of Midlands-based Rivo Software, a small high growth SaaS business, in their majority exit to Kennet Partners. Prior to joining Clearwater, Seb worked at Zolfo Cooper where he specialised in restructuring and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Seb studied Economics at the University of Durham.
