Kent Lance

Kent Lance co-founded HPI in 1992 and is directly active in all aspects of HPI’s business from leasing to capital investments to multi-family. He brings over 30 year’s experience in the Central Texas commercial real estate market. Kent earned a degree in business administration from the University of Texas in 1984, later working for Trammell Crow for eight years before co-founding HPI in 1992. While at Trammell Crow, Kent served as a marketing principal from 1984 to 1989 and as project partner of the industrial division from 1989 to 1992. Kent was one of the most successful leasing agents at Trammell Crow, earning National Annual Leasing Awards from the company in both 1986 and 1987.
