Mansouri started in Silicon Valley in 1999 as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of iPass Inc., a leading provider of global roaming and security products. He raised $75 million in funding, built global channels and strategic partnerships. The company had a successful exit in 2003 (NASDAQ: IPAS) for $1.0bn. He then served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OmniTrust Security Systems, a leading provider of content security, which was sold in 2005 to Heisei Denden of Japan. He co-founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avalon Global Solutions, a leading provider of managed mobility solutions and cyber security services, which was sold in 2011 to Widepoint Communications (NYSE: WYY), then served as CEO of WidePoint subsidiary until 2013 . He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Spikes Security and then Cyberinc as a merger with Aurionpro Security in August 2016, Cyberinc was sold to Forcepoint in 2021.
