Andy Lefkarites

Andy Lefkarites is a Principal in the San Francisco office where he is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments for H.I.G. Growth Partners. Prior to joining to H.I.G., Andy helped lead the late-stage venture investing practice at Blue Owl Capital. Prior investment and board experience includes 6sense, Coherent, Kajabi, Klaviyo, Nuvemshop, Nylas, SalesLoft, Split, and UserZoom. Before Blue Owl, Andy held investment professional roles at Spectrum Equity and Guidepost Growth Equity. Andy graduated with a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
