Tristan Couvares

Tristan Couvares, currently founded and runs one of Los Angeles’ premier staffing firms targeting venture-backed startups and engineers, The Startup Accelerator. Prior to The Startup Accelerator he ran Talent for TrueCar.com where he helped the company scale to a $1b initial public offering. Prior to TrueCar, Tristan was a President’s Club member for Robert Half International, the nation’s oldest and largest recruitment firm. Tristan received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where he was awarded the Nutmeg Scholar (full four-year academic scholarship), and the University Scholar (highest academic distinction).
