Edward Hartman

Edward Hartman is Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at News Corp. Hartman was previously a Managing Director at Caledonia with broad responsibility in overseeing and managing Caledonia’s New York office, as well as key involvement in the strategic development in the US. Prior to joining Caledonia, Edward spent 10 years with UBS. Most recently, Edward was Head of Prime Services Origination for UBS Securities in New York where he was responsible for growing the hedge fund service business in the tri-state area. Prior to this role, he was an Executive Director in Institutional Equity Sales where he managed relationships with the leading hedge funds in the New York region. Edward began his career with UBS Australia initially as a Research Analyst and moved into the role of Director of Institutional Equity Sales. Edward graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelors degree in Economics in 2003.
