Peter Calderon

Peter J. Calderon is Founder and CEO of Pureti France, the distributor of proprietary Pureti products, a titanium dioxide-based water soluble, light-activated cleaner that also cleans the air. He is also the Founder and General Counsel of VERT Wind Energy, LLC, a wind turbine technology company. Mr. Calderon is an international attorney with 40 years experience in dealing with international financial institutions, investment banks, major law firms and government officials. During a 25-year career at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, Mr. Calderon specialized in structured project finance transactions in the energy sector and in the transition from command to market economies of the countries of Eastern and Central Europe and the former Soviet Republics. His professional career began at a major Wall Street law firm, followed by an appointment as International Legal Counsel at the US Treasury Department. Mr. Calderon served as Special Advisor on Project Finance to the French government during 1997-99. He subsequently worked as a project consultant for various investment groups, including Goldman Sachs, Delphos International, Washington Trade & Investment Group and Keian Holdings. Most recently he has worked with French and UK filmmakers on legal and financial issues of film production. Mr. Calderon received his law degree with honors from Columbia Law School and a BA degree with honors from Princeton University.
