Driven by entrepreneurial spirit, at 24-year, I launched Info-X in 2001 with a three-man team. This demands a constant, real-time, flow of accurate documentation especially for rate matrix, export-import shipping documents, custom filings, cargo tracking and accounting with increasing complexity, the companies are hassled by the plethora of documentation, error ratios and the increasing costs substantially impacting their profits. To alleviate such problems, Info-X has been providing outsourced back office services to US and European countries for logistic BPO services since 2001, to their entire satisfaction. These services involve capturing the data from the customer, sorting, and data entry, carrying out multi-tier quality checks and returning the compiled documents speedily to the customer with the minimum turnaround time.
