Drew Pearson has been with General Atlantic for over 17 years and is based in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Pearson serves as the Chairman of the Portfolio Committee and head of our Portfolio Management team. In this role, he leads the firm’s portfolio management process including assessing portfolio company performance, executing liquidity transactions, and monitoring risk management. Mr. Pearson also serves as a member of the Capital Committee and is actively involved in coordinating the Investment Committee process. Prior to joining GA in 1996, Drew was a business analyst with McKinsey & Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 businesses in the technology and financial services industries. He holds a M.A. and B.A. in Regional Science from The School of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
