Mollie Carter

As Marketing Partner, Mollie brings to Matrix extensive marketing and operations experience in the Internet and Software industries. She’s led small and large technology companies in crafting their identities, acquiring new customers, and driving loyalty and growth. As Senior Director of Customer Success at Elance-oDesk, Mollie built the company’s first lifecycle management program to increase retention and activity among high value customers. She initially joined oDesk as Director of Product Marketing, launching new products and engaging with millions of customers globally across online and offline channels. Prior to oDesk, she was part of the founding team for PayPal’s Merchant Services business, leading the Merchant Acquisition and Customer Engagement divisions. Mollie started her career in management consulting at R.B. Webber & Company, and as an in-house strategy associate at Charles Schwab. Mollie is passionate about supporting new technologies that improve the world, driving widespread awareness of those technologies, and mentoring the incredible innovators who bring those technologies to life. Out of the office, Mollie is an avid skier, foodie, and kids coach.
