David Shein

David has been involved in investing in and managing a number of start-up and early stage technology companies, many of which have been successfully exited. David was the founder and Managing Director of Dimension Data Australia Pty Ltd. and established Dimension Data Australia (formerly Com Tech Communications) in July 1987 as a Specialist Supplier of networking and communications products. At the time of sale, Dimension data employed over 1400 people, had revenues of $700mil with no external debt. The company was sold for an enterprise value of over $1bil on 2000. David actively mentors management teams. David recently served as the Chairman of Centric Wealth Advisers Ltd. and was Chairman of Holly Connects, Inc. David was also Executive Chairman and Founding Investor of Macromatix . David is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Montech Holdings Limited. David holds a B.Comm and B. Acc from the University of Witwatersrand.
