Dan Suesskind

Dan S. Suesskind joined Israel Corp.’s Board in November 2011. He currently serves as a director of several companies, including Teva, Migdal Insurance Company Ltd. and Syneron Medical Ltd., as well as a member of the board (and finance and investment committee) of the Jerusalem Foundation, a member of the Investment Committee of the Israel Academy of Science and Humanities and the Board of Trustees of the Hebrew University. Prior to joining Teva’s Board in January 2010, he was Teva’s Chief Financial Officer from 1977 until 2008. He also served as a director of Teva from 1981 to 2001. From 2004 to 2011 he was a director of Ness Technologies Inc. He is one of the founders and a member of the steering committee of the Israeli Forum of Chief Financial Officers.
