Jakob Tolleryd

Jakob joined Verdane Capital Advisors' Stockholm office as a partner in 2017. He has deep experience as a tech entrepreneur, having founded and built companies such as Domain Network, Carambole and Klikki as well as Compricer and Easyart. Jakob started his entrepreneurial career in 1996, and will contribute to Verdane with his strong entrepreneurial background and experience from building fast-growing and profitable businesses. Jakob has also been an active tech investor for the last 7-8 years and been an advisor to both Schibsted Growth and Bonnier Growth Media. Jakob and Verdane have a long-standing and successful history of building fast-growing companies together. In 2005, Jakob founded consumer finance comparison company, Compricer, which became part of Verdane Capital VII K/S’s (Verdane) portfolio in 2011, and was sold to Schibsted Media Group in 2013. The list of companies where Verdane and Jakob have joined forces also include companies such as MatHem, EasyArt and Desenio. Jakob is the author of Corporate Valuation: An Easy guide to Measuring value (2003) and The Financial Times Guide to Corporate Valuation (2009), both published by Financial Times Prentice hall. Jakob holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockhom School of Economics.
