Hau Ly

Hau Ly is a Partner at Ascend Vietnam Ventures with experience in startup investment and support. Formerly with 500 Startups Vietnam, she managed accelerator programs and co-led deals including Axie Infinity, Base.vn, and Pique. At AVV, she focuses on portfolio management and leads the SHINE initiative for women founders. She has supported startup founders and executives across Southeast Asia through acceleration and incubation programs.
