Aaron Baker

Aaron joined BGF in June 2013 as an Investment Associate in the Birmingham team. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process, with responsibility ranging from origination through to transaction execution. Prior to joining BGF, Aaron spent two and a half years with RBS, where he was an Associate Director in the Structured Finance team, providing structured debt solutions for financial sponsor backed transactions and complex corporate structures. Prior to this he spent three years with Deloitte, where he was an Assistant Manager in the Private Equity Transaction Services team. Aaron is a chartered accountant (ICEAW), and read Engineering and Business Studies at Warwick University, achieving a First Class BSc (Hons) degree. Outside of work he is a keen sportsman, regularly playing rugby and golf, and lives in Warwickshire.
