Joseph Gee

Joseph Gee (CFO, Chief Legal Officer) is an experienced finance digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving change at Microsoft and Chrysler. At Microsoft, Joseph architected the device market volume forecast tool that has been used for over a decade, transformed BI reporting for the $45B Consumer Software business, streamlined master data for retail market data, and led the organizational change management function within Finance, successfully landing several major tool transitions. At Chrysler, Joseph cut his finance teeth on material cost reduction activities, SOX audits, financial risk controlling, cash forecasting, product cost accounting, and financial planning & analysis. Joseph holds a JD/MBA from Brigham Young University and serves as Truegility’s CFO and General Counsel.
