Fiona MacLaughlin

Fiona joined Advent as an Associate in 2012. Prior to joining Advent she worked for over 14 years in the healthcare sector, including 9 years as a scientist in R&D and product development and 5 years as a Business Development Manager in the Technology Transfer Division of the Wellcome Trust evaluating early stage product development opportunities. Latterly, Fiona was a Strategic Advisor to Tiber Creek Partners, a US-based boutique consultancy advising life science companies of opportunities in sourcing non-dilutive capital.
