Omer Regev joined Gemini as Chief Financial Officer in 2011 with over two decades of experience in global financial management, private fund raising and mergers and acquisitions. His background guiding both publicly-traded as well as privately-held companies, in Israel as well as in the Silicon Valley, facilitates his role as a key player on Gemini's investment team. He sits on the boards of Gemini portfolio companies Eyeview and Massive Impact. Prior to Gemini, Omer served as CFO at a number of technology companies: cVidya, a leading revenue intelligence and fraud solutions to telecommunication operators, Chegg.com, the leader in online textbook rentals, NetManage Inc. (Nasdaq: NETM), a provider of emulation software which was acquired by Micro Focus (LSE: MCRO), PortAuthority Technologies, a provider for Information Leak Prevention (ILP) solutions, acquired by Websense (NASDAQ: WBSN), Kagoor Networks which was acquired by Juniper Networks (NASDAQ: JNPR) and XACCT Technologies which was acquired by AMDOCS (AMEX: DOX). In addition, he was the Controller for the Enterprise System Division of LANNET /Madge Networks and served as a business analyst at the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Omer holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
