Margot Lebenberg Carter

Margot Lebenberg Carter is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for RealPage, Inc., and oversees all of the company’s legal affairs. Before joining RealPage, Lebenberg Carter served as president of Living Mountain Capital L.L.C., a business advisory firm she founded in 1998 specializing in corporate development, strategic alliances, acquisitions, board directorships and restructurings. Prior to Living Mountain Capital, Lebenberg Carter served as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary for The Princeton Review, Inc., through the sale to Bain Capital.
