Resat Volkan Gunel

Volkan is the founder of LimaVentures (Istanbul) and founder of Businessights (Amsterdam). Volkan invests in early-stage tech startups and provides holistic services to support emerging companies (legal, financial, and management). Volkan invested in 21 startups, with an average market evaluation of €18 million, with several successful exits. He was in the transaction volume of half-billion Volkan also holds PhD in International Law, and is an Associate Professor of International Law with a special focus on “implications of legal guidelines on new technologies”.
