Evan Greenberg

Evan Greenberg has been a Director of The Coca-Cola Company since 2011. Greenberg is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ACE Limited, the parent company of the ACE Group of Companies, a global insurance and reinsurance organization. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ACE Limited from June 2003 to May 2004, when he was elected to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Greenberg has served on the Board of ACE Limited since 2002 and was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2007. Prior to joining the ACE Group in 2001, Greenberg held a number of senior management positions at American International Group, Inc., most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 until 2000.
