Claus A. Andersson

Claus Andersson is General Partner in Sunstone Life Sciences Ventures. He has over 16 years of industrial experience and more than 12 years of dedicated venture capital experience in the biotechnology industry. Claus Andersson holds a PhD in multivariate statistics, which he obtained at the University of Copenhagen and the Humboldt University, Berlin, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in Chemistry. He has published 17 peer reviewed scientific publications in biology and mathematics, and has served as editorial board member in 3 scientific journals. While obtaining his PhD, Claus Andersson served as manager in Radiometer Medical A/S which he left in 2001 to start a company and has subsequently founded and co-founded three additional companies and an ICT venture fund.
