Ari Stavropoulos

Ari is a co-Founder of Ridgeway Capital and has many years’ experience in the investment and corporate finance arena. Ari is involved in all aspects of the review, structuring and negotiation of investments, then post-deal is active in the support of management through to realisation of an investment. Prior to Ridgeway, Ari was a Director of an ‘active investor’ private equity firm, focusing on development capital, buy-outs and turnaround opportunities in the SME and mid-market, where he was instrumental in building a successful track record of investments. Having started originally as a corporate finance lawyer within Clifford Chance’s private equity department, Ari was also a Director for several years of a corporate finance boutique, focusing on business sales and fund raisings/buy-outs for SME businesses.
