Marco Franzoni

Marco Franzoni is the managing partner at Disruptive Labs. Marco is a serial entrepreneur, startup investor, and advisor. His MSc in International Accounting & Finance from CASS Business School in London led to many years as a strategy consultant. He then received his MBA from UCLA Anderson and founded three start-ups, one of which specializes in consulting for companies at early stages in their development. Marco has 7+ years of UI/UX design and growth hacking experience. He is passionate about building innovative products and working with enthusiastic teams. His current focuses are user experience and product development, but he enjoys every facet of the process, from inception to delivery. One of Marco's greatest strengths is navigating the interpersonal landscape of a start-up; in other words, he's a "people person." If you need help hiring, firing, dealing with drama, or honing your own leadership skills in whatever fashion, Marco has experience with all of the above. Marco is originally from Milan, Italy.
